• Description: Golden Bear is an educational organization that believes the underlying values they teach are fundamental to players’ development as athletes, students, and people.

Red Rock Alameda (11 miles)

• Description: Red Rock volleyball club has several locations across the bay area. The Alameda location is the closest to Albany. Red Rock Alameda hosts both girls and boys teams.

Absolute (12.2 miles)

• Located just over the Richmond-San Rafael bridge, this club has facilities on the east side of San Rafael and is fairly accessible from the Albany Berkeley area. They have girls and boys teams.

Hercules Dynamite (13.9 miles)

• Description: The Hercules Dynamite Volleyball Club is a girls’ volleyball club dedicated to the youth community with the opportunity to play recreational and competitive volleyball in a controlled environment that provides entertainment and enjoyment.

Marin Juniors (19.9 miles)

• Description: With practices in San Rafael (over the Richmond-San Rafael bridge), this club is fairly accessible from the Albany Berkeley area.

Diablo Valley (20.5 miles)

• Description: Diablo Volleyball, based in Concord, offers club play for both girls and boys. Practice gyms are in Walnut Creek and Brentwood. They have both girls and boys teams.

Infinite Training (21.5 miles)

• Description: A newer club, currently practicing in Pleasant Hill and surrounding areas.

Xceleration (23 miles):

• Description: Located in Martinez, Xceleration is another east bay option for girls volleyball. 

Red Rock Tri Valley (23-28 miles)

• Description: Red Rock has another east bay location, with practices held in the Walnut Creek and Danville areas.  

BAVC (Bay Area Volleyball Club) (27 miles)

• Description: Located in Concord, BAVC is another east bay option for volleyball. BAVC hosts both boys and girls teams.
